We take the safety of our visitors seriously, especially because many of you are parents. This page explains how we protect the site and how to report a problem.
How we protect the site
- The whole site uses HTTPS with HSTS, so connections are always encrypted.
- We collect as little personal data as possible. Our games and stories do not collect or save anything.
- We keep WordPress, the theme and plugins up to date and use security headers and server-side protection.
- Email from our domain is protected with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Report a security problem
If you think you have found a security problem, please email info@autismlearningguide.com with the details and the page address. Please do not access other people’s data or disrupt the site while testing. We will reply as quickly as we can and fix confirmed problems. Our contact details are also in our security.txt file.
Phishing and fake messages
We will never ask for your password, bank details or card number by email or message. If you get a message like that which claims to be from us, please do not reply and forward it to info@autismlearningguide.com.
