14-day refund, no questions asked
- You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying any course, printables kit or bundle.
- You do not need to give a reason.
- Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, the money can take 5 to 10 working days to appear.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@autismlearningguide.com from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt email. Tell us what you bought. We usually reply within two working days.
Tips and support
Tips such as a virtual coffee are gifts. If you sent one by mistake or sent the wrong amount, email us within 14 days and we will refund it.
Payments
Purchases are handled by our checkout provider, which acts as the seller of record and handles sales tax and VAT. Your receipt shows how to contact them as well.
